Once your business is active (trading), you have three months to register with HMRC, the UK's tax authority.
If you start trading immediately, your company is considered 'active,' so you must register with HMRC for corporation tax within three months.
How much does it cost to register a LTD company?
There is a £50 filing fee with Companies House to register your company, and you can pay by debit, credit, or PayPal. We include this cost in all of our incorporation packages. So, you won't have to pay anything extra when incorporating through Osome.
Does Osome register my business directly with Companies House?

What are the documents needed for a LTD company formation in the UK?
